Mysterious stranger's blunt message to city: 'They need to stop doing that'

CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA - A cryptic message graffitied on numerous downtown Cape Town walls has left residents frightened. The phrase, "Sometimes people come into your life and they need to stop doing that," was seen on many walls in the trendy Stellenbosch district.


While authorities haven't identified the author, locals speculate it might be linked to a recent string of suspicious encounters. "It's like they're trying to send a message," said local resident, Sarah Mbeki. "Many people have had weird phone calls and strange visitors lately."



The enigmatic phrase has sparked worry and curiosity among residents, with some interpreting it as a warning and others as a plea.
