Judgement's a bigger problem: A counter to Alex Gray's "Fat People Don't Eat" Delusion

A response to Alex Gray's article, Uncovering the mystery of plus-sized people's eating habits: The Silence of the Lambs (literally), published on March 29, 2026.

Alex Gray's brilliant observation: plus-sized people must just be "detoxing their aura" or have a "thyroid acting up". What a groundbreaking analysis from someone who's clearly an expert on the human body.

Gray's got the empathy of a brick, and the satire's so sharp it'll cut you. Newsflash, Alex: some people might actually have disorders, like a friend of mine, Priscilla, who's rocking a size 16 because she really is struggling, or Trevor (who you claim you spoke to), who's genuinely struggling with his health.

But sure, let's just reduce it all to "making excuses" and "eating when nobody's watching". You're not judgmental, Alex, you're just ... well-read on the internet .

Maybe instead of writing about people, you should try living a life. Just a thought.

I do love Alex Gray, but I don't like him very much!
