EPISODE 1

DON’T BE FAT

The negotiator’s first win is comfort.

“Just this once!”

“Start tomorrow!”

“You deserve it!”

And that’s how it begins.

Forget the fads, this is it: the no-BS episode to a healthier you - the ultimate solution to weight loss… guaranteed! Drip-fed truths, straight-shooting advice, and the tough love you need to take control of your body. No excuses, no regrets.

Scenario 1

I’m walking in a mall with a friend, spot a regular chick, give her a glance (totally harmless, just a glance), and I’m like, “Wow, she’s thin.” What do people overhearing say? They probably wouldn’t say much, maybe nod along.

Scenario 2

I’m walking in the same mall with the same friend, spot another chick, give her a glance (same glance, no funny business), and I’m like, “Wow, she’s fat.” Now, what do people overhearing say?

   Whispering…

   Judging…

The bad guy, intervention, protect the plus-sized woman, misogynist, fat-shamer, sexist.

What a joke...

We don’t judge the woman who downs four burgers in one sitting, but I’m the one who’s problematic. For the love of normal, why is it that our society has decided to celebrate unhealthy habits? Because body positivity has become the new normal, and let’s be real, who’s got time for actual aesthetics? Bullshit! It’s definitely not more appealing to look at someone who’s carrying around an extra 100 pounds.

Look in the mirror, you look like shit, so deal with it!

Forget the fancy diets—Atkins, Zone, Keto, whatever. Let’s be real, who sticks to those anyway? And don’t even get me started on gym memberships…

Here’s a simple plan: halve and double.

Halve what you eat, and see what happens. If you’re guzzling burgers, chocolates, and Coke nonstop, just cut it in half for now. If you’re eating four burgers a day, halve it to two, if you’re having two cups of coffee a day with four sugars per cup, halve it to a cup a day with two sugars. You get the method, it’s simple. Don’t bother switching to rabbit food—just eat less of the good stuff. For one month, try it, then step on the scale and see what it tells you.

Double your exercise. You can’t double zero, so start today with one push-up, one sit-up, and take a slow 500-yard walk to get the blood flowing. Do it every day. Double it next week to 2 push-ups, 2 sit-ups, and maybe do the 500 yards with a brisk walk. You get the drift. Start somewhere—time flies. 6 months later, you’ll see the transformation and feel the difference.

Look after yourself… don’t be fat!
