Meet Judge Portia Phahlane, the latest addition to South Africa's 'Who's Who in Corruption'.

Allegedly, she pocketed R2 million for 'favorable' rulings in the IPHC succession case. Phahlane claims it's a personal vendetta, while the State argues she accepted bribes. Meanwhile, she's been banned from the High Court premises. Because nothing says 'justice' like a judge accused of corruption.
In a not so shocking twist, Phahlane's bodyguards might've been paid by a company linked to the IPHC. Because who needs security when you can have corruption, right? Oh, South Africa!
Local really is lekker!
